Stephanie Santoni is a highly accomplished hospital executive with over a decade of leadership experience within the psychiatric healthcare industry. Prior to joining PsychPlus as the Vice President of Strategy, she served as Divisional Chief Executive Officer at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals where she played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing patient care deliver across multiple facilities.
She also served as the CEO at two psychiatric facilities under Acadia Healthcare where she spearheaded turnaround operations and implemented innovative growth strategies.
Stephanie is passionate about mental health advocacy and driving impactful change, and she possesses a unique blend of clinical expertise and strategic acumen.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and Healthcare Administration. She grew up in Las Vegas and enjoys spending time with her family and their rescue Doberman, traveling, and playing trivia.
