Victoria Hardy, NP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Victoria Hardy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in diverse clinical settings. She began her nursing journey with a scholarship to Howard University and completed her initial RN at the University of the District of Columbia. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and her Master of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from Walden University. Shortly thereafter, she obtained her license as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
Victoria has worked in various mental health environments, including inpatient psychiatric units, residential facilities, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). She also completed additional training at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Mesa Springs Facility. Her clinical work includes psychotherapy, comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and medication education and management.
A proud Army Veteran, Victoria is a recipient of the prestigious Nursing Daisy Award and the Community Health Nursing Award in Virginia. She also trains psychiatric nurses and staff at Magnet facilities and actively volunteers in her community. Her excellence in leadership has been recognized by her election to the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Outside of her professional life, Victoria enjoys spending time with her family, participating in community events, writing, and music.
