(70/30 model) or Per visit model

Required Qualifications:
Must be licensed in Ohio
Preferred Qualification:
1+ year of experience in Mental Therapist
as a LPCC, IMFT, LISW
License/Certification:
LPCC, IMFT, LISW (Required)
