Vice President of Operations
Shelby Jo Simpson is a seasoned healthcare executive specializing in clinical operations and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at PsychPlus. Joining PsychPlus in 2022 as the Head of Human Resources, Shelby oversees a network of 10+ clinic locations, managing scheduling and human resources functions.
With a strategic leadership approach, she has developed and implemented over 20 operational processes spanning various departments, contributing significantly to organizational success.
Shelby’s educational background includes studies at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, complemented by additional coursework at the Chicago Booth Executive School of Business.
Her diverse experiences across Louisiana, Colorado, and South Texas provide her with a broad perspective crucial for navigating complex healthcare environments. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shelby finds joy in soccer, playing the piano, and cherishing moments with her golden retriever, Maui.
