October 2026 | Inaugural Community Impact Report

PsychPlus is a physician-led, technology-enabled mental health company advancing a multinational, multichannel, integrated platform spanning the full continuum of care. By combining psychiatric expertise, proprietary technology, and evidence-backed digital mental health capabilities, we expand access through a connected ecosystem spanning prevention, early intervention, outpatient psychiatry and therapy, and hospital-based psychiatric care.

Our community impact grows from that connected approach. Through partnerships with hospitals, health plans, employers, schools, and community organizations, we help address workforce shortages, expand clinical capacity, and strengthen pathways to timely, high-quality care.

Creating Community and Economic Value

Stronger mental healthcare infrastructure benefits patients and the organizations that support them. PsychPlus brings together clinical expertise, digital capabilities, and flexible in-person and virtual care delivery to help communities build more accessible, coordinated, and sustainable behavioral healthcare.

Our community impact priorities include:

Expanding Geographic Access

As of October 2026, PsychPlus serves all 50 U.S. states, extending its clinical network and technology-enabled platform to help connect people with mental healthcare nationwide.

Strengthening Local Care Infrastructure

As of October 2026, PsychPlus supports more than 200 in-person inpatient and outpatient access points across its U.S. network, providing additional pathways to specialty psychiatric care and supporting continuity across care settings.

Investing in Jobs and Clinical Capacity

As of October 2026, PsychPlus’ total workforce includes 1,320 people, including 484 providers: 337 W-2 providers and 147 independent contractor providers. This clinical and operational capacity supports our ability to expand access, strengthen hospital and community partnerships, and deliver coordinated mental healthcare at scale.

Across these priorities, our goal is to strengthen the connections that make care possible. For hospitals and health systems, that means additional psychiatric capacity and stronger continuity between hospital-based and outpatient care. For employers, health plans, schools, and community organizations, it means more ways to connect employees, members, students, and families with appropriate support.

Measuring Our Progress

Beginning in 2027, we will publish an annual community impact update tracking four measures: states served and service availability; in-person inpatient and outpatient access points; total workforce and provider counts by employment type; and unique patients receiving care during the reporting year. Each update will include clear definitions, reporting periods, and supporting sources to make our progress transparent and accountable.

As our platform grows, our commitment remains focused on the people it serves: expanding access, strengthening community partnerships, and delivering a more connected mental healthcare experience.
